Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open Chiba Prefecture's first "SHARE LOUNGE" in the fall of 2024 at Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall, which is being renovated for the first time in 15 years by Takashimaya Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiary, Toshin Development Co., Ltd.

This time, "SHARE LOUNGE" will open in a new community space on the 10th and 11th floors of the new building, with the concept of "a place for the people of Kashiwa."SHARE LOUNGE offers views of Kashiwa city and can be used as a workspace, cafe and bar, or as a place to relax while shopping or after work. Through SHARE LOUNGE, Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall aims to contribute to the creation of a lively circulation hub in the area. More details about the store will be announced in due course.

In October 2021, CCC, Takashimaya, and Toshin Development established a joint venture company, TTC LIFESTYLE Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuki Yamashita; hereinafter referred to as "TTC"), which will utilize mutual channels for art sales and open and operate stores that offer lifestyle content.

Following the establishment of TTC, CCC and the Takashimaya Group have decided to utilize the strengths of both companies to open a store in Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall in order to more broadly engage in "promoting and proposing lifestyles and culture."

Going forward, CCC and the Takashimaya Group will continue to maximize the synergy between the two companies and work together to help customers achieve a richer lifestyle.
