Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and COO: Yasunori Takahashi ; hereinafter "CCC") and The Pokémon Company (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tsunekazu Ishihara) will open "POKÉMON CARD LOUNGE," an official lounge where visitors can enjoy a special Pokémon Card Game experience, on the 5th floor of "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA," which will reopen after renovation on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

High-quality original seating and space designed specifically for playing Pokémon cards (admission fee required)
At the POKÉMON CARD LOUNGE, you can enjoy a high-quality Pokémon card game experience in a special space with a sophisticated design.

Free drinks and snacks will be provided so that you can relax between matches. The walls of the lounge are decorated with energy marks for the "basic energies," creating a special space that is full of Pokémon card vibes.

At our carefully designed original game seats, you can not only play the Pokémon card game with cards you bring with you, but we also lend out decks and necessary items free of charge, so you can come empty-handed and still have fun.

A sales area for Pokémon card-related products and original goods, and a gallery area (free admission)
We plan to sell Pokémon Card Game related products and "POKÉMON CARD LOUNGE original goods" based on the floor design. There will also be an exhibition related to the Pokémon Card Game. Admission to both areas is free.

Details regarding the POKÉMON CARD LOUNGE admission fee and merchandise for sale will be announced at a later date.

About the Pokémon Card Game
The Pokémon Card Game is a two-player competitive trading card game based on the world of the Pokémon video game series. In addition to illustrations, the cards also contain information about the Pokémon, such as its moves and HP, which indicate its strength, so you can enjoy "collecting" the cards in the same way as building a Pokémon encyclopedia. You can also battle using a "deck" made up of 60 cards.
