Gourmet Kineya will start "Blue and Yellow V Points" from April 22nd

- Earn and use "Blue and Yellow V Points" at 88 stores nationwide, including "Kineya" and "Sojibo"! -

Gourmet Kineya Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Mitsushi Mukumoto; hereinafter referred to as "Gourmet Kineya"), CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD"), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service from Monday, April 22, 2024, which will allow customers to accumulate and use "Blue and Yellow V Points" at 88 restaurants nationwide operated by Gourmet Kineya, including the udon specialty restaurant "Kineya" and the soba specialty restaurant "Sojibo."

"Blue and Yellow V Points" (operated by CCCMKHD, official name: V Points) is a new joint points service launched by CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card on Monday, April 22nd.

As part of this initiative, customers at Gourmet Kineya stores can present a card that earns Blue and Yellow V Points when paying in-store, and earn 1 Blue and Yellow V Point for every 100 yen spent on their meal. Furthermore, if you pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card, you will also earn "blue and yellow V points" as payment points, at the rate of 1 point for every 200 yen. (※)

*This applies to credit cards that earn V Points. Also, the point redemption rate for Sumitomo Mitsui Card varies depending on the type of card. For details, please check the Sumitomo Mitsui Card website.

Accumulated points can be used to pay at any Gourmet Kineya store, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, and can also be used at approximately 100 million stores around the world that accept Visa touch payments.

Gourmet Kineya, CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the "Blue and Yellow V Points" service at Gourmet Kineya stores, including "Kineya" and "Sojibo."

"Blue and Yellow V Points" is a new points service that CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will launch on Monday, April 22nd. In addition to the current 150,000 T Point partner stores, the number of stores where you can use the service will expand to 7.5 million Visa member stores in Japan and 100 million Visa member stores worldwide.
Customers who currently only use T Card/Mobile T Card can apply for an eligible Sumitomo Mitsui Card (※) and earn double "blue and yellow V Points" in the form of shopping points and payment points when shopping at V Point partner and Visa member stores. Additionally, by using the "V Point Pay app," customers will be able to pay with their "blue and yellow V Points" at 7.5 million stores in Japan and 100 million stores worldwide that are Visa affiliates.

*There are some credit cards that do not allow you to accumulate blue and yellow V points.
