Hyundai Mobility Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Zhao Yuanxiang; hereinafter referred to as "Hyundai") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), which reached a basic agreement in June 2023 to collaborate as co-creation partners in the era of ZEVs (Zero Emission Vehicles), will launch a new service on Friday, March 1, 2024, which is a collaboration between Hyundai's car sharing service "MOCEAN" at Daikanyama T-SITE and CCC's new space "SHARE LOUNGE," which combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge" and can be used as both a cafe and an office, allowing people to spend their time freely and in their own way.
・Hyundai Relaxation Comfort Seats installed in Daikanyama T-Site SHARE LOUNGE
・"MOCEAN Room" has been launched, allowing users to use the interior space of MOCEAN as part of the SHARE LOUNGE.

This new service will see the creation of "Hyundai Space" in the SHARE LOUNGE at Daikanyama T-Site, featuring the same relaxation comfort seats that are also featured in Hyundai's electric vehicle, the IONIQ 5. "Hyundai Space" is a one-of-a-kind space where you can experience the Hyundai brand and products, including relaxation comfort seats based on the concept of zero gravity that prevent fatigue even when sitting for long periods of time, and a 55-inch transparent organic display that mimics the windshield-projected head-up display also used in Hyundai vehicles.
We will also be launching the "MOCEAN Room," where you can use a MOCEAN vehicle as a private booth. In addition, we are also accepting applications for a new plan called "MOCEAN Driving Member" that is available to SHARE LOUNGE Premium Members at a discounted price. You can use MOCEAN freely as a mobile "lounge" for workspace or relaxation while on the go.
Furthermore, in order to expand the circle of "green car sharing" together with our users, we will make a donation to more trees, a general incorporated association, according to the time reserved for the "Hyundai Space" and "MOCEAN Room" in the SHARE LOUNGE, and will engage in "Green Action with Hyundai" to contribute to harmony and conservation of the global environment.

■Hyundai Space
Two windows with great views are available in the SHARE LOUNGE (Building 1, 2nd floor), equipped with the Zero Gravity seats used in Hyundai's IONIQ 5. This is a one-of-a-kind desk where you can experience the Hyundai brand while in the SHARE LOUNGE.
・Relaxation comfort seat
The electric relaxation comfort seats and seats with leg rests, which are also used in the IONIQ 5, can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
A refrigerator designed to resemble a center console is installed next to the seat, recreating the interior space of the IONIQ5, where electrical appliances can be used inside the car thanks to the V2L function.
・Window-Like Display
A 55-inch transparent OLED display has been installed, allowing visitors to experience a simulated head-up display, which is installed in Hyundai vehicles.
In addition to content reminiscent of a driver's seat that displays your current location and destination, it can also be connected to a PC and used as a second display.

■MOCEAN Room
The interior of MOCEAN's IONIQ 5 vehicle can be used as one of the booths in the SHARE LOUNGE. The completely enclosed space is equipped with Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and also has 100V outlets and USB Type A and Type C power sources available.
The front seats are reclining and temperature adjustable, making them ideal for relaxing. The rear seats are equipped with desks that match the high-quality interior space of the vehicle, meeting the needs of those who want to concentrate on their work. You can spend your time freely in the high-quality and comfortable interior space of Hyundai's ZEV.
-Target audience: Anyone who uses Daikanyama T-Site SHARE LOUNGE and has a driver's license
-Available days: Monday to Thursday *Operates as a car sharing service from Friday to Sunday
-How to use: Make a reservation using the SHARE LOUNGE app or at the SHARE LOUNGE reception desk
■Hyundai for more trees
A donation will be made to the forest conservation organization, More Trees General Incorporated Association, based on the time you reserve for use of the "Hyundai Space" and "MOCEAN Room" in the SHARE LOUNGE. This initiative involves customers and stakeholders in environmental conservation activities, and embodies Hyundai's desire to work with many people in Japan to create a sustainable environment, which is its goal.
-Target audience: Those who have used "Hyundai Space" and "MOCEAN Room"
-How the initiative works: When you make a reservation for "Hyundai Space" or "MOCEAN Room" through the SHARE LOUNGE app, a donation of 50 yen will be made to more trees for each hour of use, depending on the length of the reservation.
■MOCEAN Driving Member
The SHARE LOUNGE will be your base, and when you need to move around, you can use MOCEAN as a mobile "lounge" to your heart's content. A MOCEAN discount service called "MOCEAN Driving Member" will also be launched for Daikanyama T-Site SHARE LOUNGE Premium Members. This is a member service that allows you to use a MOCEAN coupon, which is normally worth 20,000 yen (plus tax), for half price at 10,000 yen (plus tax). In addition to using the SHARE LOUNGE, please feel free to use it as a comfortable space to travel or as a work/relaxation space for business trips.
-Target audience: Daikanyama T-Site SHARE LOUNGE Premium Members (individuals/corporate) who also have a driver's license
-Premium Member Monthly Fee: 50,000 yen + tax (Individual Store Full-time Plan)

■ Hyundai car sharing service "MOCEAN" installation status
MOCEAN, which began at the Hyundai Customer Experience Center Yokohama in December 2022, has expanded to locations provided by CCC, including Daikanyama T-SITE, Shonan T-SITE in January 2024, and Kashiwanoha T-SITE in February. We plan to continue increasing the number of MOCEAN locations across the country and expand our services to make them available to customers in more regions.
