- Earn and use "Blue and Yellow V Points" at 41 Seibundo bookstores nationwide! -

Seibundo Bookstore Co., Ltd. (Head office: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture; President and CEO: Takeshi Yada; hereinafter referred to as "Seibundo Bookstore"), CCCMK Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD"), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service that allows users to accumulate and use "Blue and Yellow V Points" at stores operated by Seibundo Bookstore from Monday, April 22, 2024.

"Blue and Yellow V Points" (operated by CCCMKHD, official name: V Points) is a new shared points service launched by CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card on Monday, April 22nd.

Seibundo Bookstore signed a TSUTAYA franchise agreement in 1993 and has been providing the T-Point service at TSUTAYA stores operated by Seibundo Bookstore. Starting April 22nd, the Blue and Yellow V Points program will be available at Seibundo Bookstore, Trading Card Station, and other stores operated by Seibundo Bookstore, and will be available to use at 41 stores including TSUTAYA.

Through this initiative, customers at stores operated by Seibundo Bookstores can earn 1 Blue and Yellow V Point for every 200 yen spent by presenting a card that earns Blue and Yellow V Points when paying in-store. Furthermore, if you pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card*, you will also earn "blue and yellow V Points" as payment points.

Accumulated points can be used to pay at stores operated by Seibundo Shoten, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, and can also be used at approximately 100 million stores worldwide that accept Visa touch payments.

Seibundo Bookstore, CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through Seibundo Bookstore's "Blue and Yellow V Points" service.

About "Blue and Yellow V Points"

"Blue and Yellow V Points" is a new points service that CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will launch on Monday, April 22nd. In addition to the current 150,000 T Point partner stores, the number of stores where you can use Visa will expand to 7.5 million stores in Japan and 100 million stores worldwide.
Customers who currently only use a T Card/Mobile T Card can apply for an eligible Sumitomo Mitsui Card* and earn double the amount of "blue and yellow V Points" - shopping points and payment points - when shopping at V Point partner and Visa member stores. Additionally, by using the V Point Pay app, customers will be able to make payments with their blue and yellow V Points at 7.5 million stores in Japan and 100 million stores worldwide that are Visa affiliates.

*There are some credit cards that do not allow you to accumulate blue and yellow V Points.
