ーA space where Japan's leading IP entertainment content gathers and fans can connect with each other, with a three-floor layout consisting of a POP UP SHOP, IP100, and a galleryー

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), whose mission is to be "A company that creates cultural infrastructure," will open "IP Bookstore" under the theme of "IP Entertainment" on Thursday, April 25, 2024, on the 6th floor of "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA," which is being renovated and reopened with the theme "Create a world with what you love." It will bring together Japan's leading IP entertainment content, such as comics, anime, and VTubers (Virtual YouTubers), allowing fans to connect with each other.

"IP Bookstore" will consist of three areas: POP UP SHOP, IP100, and Gallery. It will mainly sell comics, figures, and merchandise, with more than half of the products being original items exclusive to "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA." The store will also feature collaborative events with IP entertainment content, offering experiences available only at "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA."

SHIBUYA TSUTAYA will sell original limited-edition products, such as "OSHIKASHI," a new souvenir sweets set produced by IP Bookstore wrapped in original packaging that offers a "sweet moment" to spend with a favorite character. In addition, original limited-edition products created in collaboration between various IP and Hachiko, a symbol of Shibuya, will also be offered regularly.

Additionally, a large screen will be installed inside the store to regularly broadcast regional promotional programs in collaboration with VTubers from across Japan, as well as programs introducing "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA" rankings.

POP UP SHOP
The "POP UP SHOP" section brings the world of each IP entertainment content to life in three dimensions. It will feature a sales corner for original "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA" limited-edition products updated monthly, as well as a photo spot where visitors can freely take photos.

IP100
"IP100" is a proposal-style section that showcases 100 2D IP entertainment contents. It is a specialized area that promotes IP from Shibuya to Japan and the world, together with many of Japan's leading IP holders across comics, anime, VTubers, and more.

In collaboration with numerous IP holders, IP Bookstore will offer exclusive items that can only be purchased here, such as collaborative products between IP and creators (including ink artists) and goods featuring original illustrations.  

Gallery
The large event area "Gallery" will host large-scale exhibitions featuring carefully selected 2D content. It will regularly host pop-up shop events, exhibitions, autograph sessions, and VTuber events.
