ー A space where you can experience the world of various IPs in real life through collaborations ー

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), whose mission is to be "A company that creates cultural infrastructure," will reopen "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA" under the slogan "Create a world with what you love." On Thursday, April 25, 2024, "SIPS/Shibuya IP Square" will open on the 1st floor (SIPS A) and 1st basement floor (SIPS B) as a floor where visitors can experience and create what they love with IP from around the world.

The floor name "SIPS/Shibuya IP Square" represents Shibuya IP for I nternational I ntellectual P roperty and Shibuya I nternational P romotion.

SIPS is a promotional platform space that takes an international perspective that goes beyond the city of Shibuya and enables three-dimensional communication by collaborating with various IPs from around the world, from entertainment such as animation and music to high-end brands, and by developing limited-time pop-up stores and events where people can experience the world of the IP in a real place.

"SIPS" Floor Overview

・SIPS A (1st floor)
"SIPS A" on the first floor of "SHIBUYA TSUTAYA" faces Shibuya Scramble Crossing, a world-famous tourist destination visited by many tourists from both Japan and overseas. In addition to the outdoor entrance LED screen, the main floor is equipped with three indoor LED screens, allowing visitors to experience the world of various IPs from around the world through large-screen visuals.

・SIPS B (1st basement floor)
SIPS B, located on the basement floor of SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, which is directly connected to Shibuya Station on the subway, is a floor where collaborative events can be held, including gallery exhibitions and merchandise sales, with IPs including artists and writers, in an immersive spatial design using art exhibition fixtures used in art museums around the world.

Additionally, the corner in front of Shibuya Scramble Crossing will be turned into a display space utilizing a large LED vision and the interior space.
