-Renovated to create a unified look with the hotel lobby on the first floor-
Tokyu Resorts & Stays Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Awatsuji Toshiyasu; hereinafter referred to as "Tokyu Resorts & Stays") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") have signed a franchise agreement for the SHARE LOUNGE franchise, and will open "SHARE LOUNGE Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi" on the 18th floor of "Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi" (Chuo-ku, Osaka) on April 1, 2024. By taking advantage of the characteristics of the SHARE LOUNGE and Tokyu Stay, the space can be used for business or relaxation in a variety of ways. Our guests will not only be able to spend their time in hotel rooms, but will also be provided with a new space where they can "stay as if they were living their own life" according to their purpose and mood.
■ Providing a comfortable hotel stay for both business and sightseeing in the heart of Osaka
Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi, located in the Honmachi area, Osaka's leading business district, will be renovating its 18th floor into the SHARE LOUNGE Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi, which will also serve as a breakfast venue, from Monday, April 1st. From breakfast to bar time, SHARE LOUNGE offers a panoramic view of Osaka from its large open windows.
It can also be used as a cafe before and after checking in and out of the hotel, and is a great place for meetings and business negotiations when you're in the Honmachi area. In the evening, it functions as a lounge, serving snacks and drinks and serving as a bar where you can enjoy the night view, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious stay tailored to your needs and a variety of ways to spend your time.
■ A new lobby to welcome guests
In conjunction with the 18th floor of the hotel, the lobby (common area) on the first floor of the hotel will also be renovated by CCC, giving it a new look that creates a sense of unity with the SHARE LOUNGE. The new lobby that welcomes guests is furnished with books, art, and large artificial plants to create a harmonious atmosphere, and also provides a convenient meeting space for hotel guests.
Additionally, a new "baggage port" will be established for the temporary storage of large luggage, and services will be introduced to improve convenience for guests.
