(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masakazu Tanio; hereinafter referred to as "T-MONEY") will launch a service that allows users to accumulate and use "Blue and Yellow V POINT" and an electronic money "V MONEY" service at all 19 "Steakhouse 88" and "Steakhouse 88 Jr." steak restaurants operated by Okinawa Techno Create in Okinawa Prefecture from Monday, April 22, 2024.

"Blue and Yellow V POINT" (operated by CCCMKHD, official name: V POINT) is a new shared points service launched by CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card on Monday, April 22nd. "V MONEY" (operated by T-MONEY) (※1) is an electronic money service that can be used by charging a "V POINT accumulation card."

(※1) Starting Monday, April 22nd, the electronic money service T-MONEY will be renamed to "V-Money."In addition, the operating company, T-MONEY Co., Ltd., will change its name to "CCC LIFE PARTNERS Co.,Ltd."

Steakhouse 88, a long-established steak restaurant in Okinawa that has been loved by people of all generations for 45 years, began offering T-POINT at some of its stores in April 2020. Due to the impact of COVID-19, the number of tourists to Okinawa Prefecture has decreased significantly, and as a result, we had postponed expanding the number of stores introducing the system. However, to coincide with the launch of the Blue and Yellow V POINT on April 22nd, we have decided to introduce the Blue and Yellow V POINT at all 19 "Steakhouse 88" and "Steakhouse 88 Jr." stores.

As part of this initiative, customers of Steakhouse 88 and Steakhouse 88 Jr. locations can earn 1 Blue and Yellow V POINT for every 200 yen spent on their meal by presenting a card that earns Blue and Yellow V POINT when paying in-store. Accumulated points can be used at Steakhouse 88 and Steakhouse 88 Jr. locations, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, and can also be used at V POINT partner stores nationwide.

You can also use "V MONEY," an electronic currency that can be used for payments by charging a card that accumulates "blue and yellow V POINT."When you pay with V MONEY, in addition to the points you earn for regular meals, you will also earn 1 V POINT for every 500 yen (tax included) you spend with V MONEY each month. You can also use your accumulated V POINT for your next meal by charging them to your V MONEY.

Okinawa Techno Create, CCCMKHD, Sumitomo Mitsui Card, and T-MONEY will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" and "V MONEY" services at each "Steakhouse 88" and "Steakhouse 88 Jr." restaurant.

"Blue and Yellow V POINT" is a new points service that CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will launch on Monday, April 22nd. In addition to the current 150,000 T-POINT partner stores, the number of stores where you can use Visa will expand to 7.5 million stores in Japan and 100 million stores worldwide.
Customers who currently only use a T-CARD/Mobile T-CARD can apply for an eligible Sumitomo Mitsui Card* and earn double the amount of "blue and yellow V POINT" - shopping points and payment points - when shopping at V POINT partner and Visa member stores. Additionally, by using the V POINT Pay app, customers will be able to make payments with their blue and yellow V POINT at 7.5 million stores in Japan and 100 million stores worldwide that are Visa affiliates.
*There are some credit cards that do not allow you to accumulate blue and yellow V POINT.
