- Produced "Olive LOUNGE Shibuya" as a joint project with SMBC Group -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has collaborated with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Akihiro Fukudome; hereinafter "SMBC"), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Tatsuru Nakajima; hereinafter the Group is collectively referred to as "SMBC Group"), on the planning and development of the "Olive LOUNGE Shibuya Store," which will open on Monday, May 27, 2024. The store will house the 31st store in Japan, "SHARE LOUNGE," on the second floor.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024. This time, CCC redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and produced the "Olive LOUNGE Shibuya" as a joint project with the SMBC Group. Additionally, we will be opening the "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Shibuya" on the second floor.  

With this latest opening, CCC's SHARE LOUNGE chain will now have three locations in the Shibuya area. We offer more convenient, flexible and comfortable working styles to business people who gather in Shibuya, where there are many startup companies. Furthermore, TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Shibuya Sakura Stage, which will open in July 2024, will further enhance customer value as one of the largest bookstores in the Shibuya area, with a stock of approximately 160,000 books in addition to the SHARE LOUNGE.

CCC will continue to further develop the "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the addition of a bookstore.

2) Open to everyone from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Shibuya is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is open to anyone with drop-ins starting from as little as 60 minutes. The floor has 125 work seats, with a variety of seating types that can be used freely for various purposes, such as online meetings, multi-person meetings, and individual work.
