- Hitachi Systems begins exchanging points earned through its health support service, "App for Improving Your Lifestyle Rhythm," for V POINT -
Hitachi Systems, Ltd. (Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Setsuo Shibahara; hereinafter "Hitachi Systems"), CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCCMKHD"), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will begin exchanging points earned through the "App to Improve Your Lifestyle Rhythm," a health support service provided by Hitachi Systems, for V POINT from Friday, August 30, 2024.
The "App to Improve Your Lifestyle Rhythm" is an application for employees of the "Health Support Service (Health Management)," which Hitachi Systems has been providing since February 2022 to support corporate health management. This application supports each employee's self-care of their body and mind, and has a function that allows employees to accumulate points by walking, engaging in moderate-intensity exercise, and registering self-care of their mood. You will now be able to exchange your accumulated points for V POINT at a rate of 10 points to 1 point. The exchanged V POINT can be used at V POINT partner stores throughout Japan and at Visa member stores around the world.
With the start of V POINT exchange, companies will be able to increase their health awareness by encouraging behavioral change through healthy behavior, not only among employees who are health-conscious, but also among those who are not health-conscious, as part of their health management initiatives. In addition, by using this technology to promote health at local companies, which is one of the challenges facing local governments, we aim to create an environment where not only local government residents but also employees of local companies can enjoy themselves and become healthy naturally (※).
