- Livels Inc. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary -

CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi) is pleased to announce that it has acquired Livels Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ryuta Urata; pronounced "Liver-su") as a wholly owned subsidiary and will begin its influencer marketing business.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Information and Communications White Paper*, the number of social media users in Japan is expected to reach 158 million by 2023, and the influencer marketing market is expected to expand in line with the spread of social media. As the use of social media becomes increasingly common as a means of gathering information, especially among the younger generation, CCC MK HOLDINGS has decided to make Livels a wholly owned subsidiary in order to provide influencer marketing as one of the solutions to a variety of client companies.

Livels works with over 1,000 influencers and has a strong communication power, and develops promotions that meet the needs of advertisers, focusing on affiliate-style influencer marketing.
