- Chiba Prefecture's first SHARE LOUNGE opens at Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall, undergoing its first renovation in 15 years -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open Chiba Prefecture's first SHARE LOUNGE on September 21, 2024, at Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall, which is being renovated for the first time in 15 years by Toshin Development Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Takashimaya Co., Ltd.

"SHARE LOUNGE Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall" will open in "BeARIKA," a new community space on the 10th and 11th floors of the new Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall building. BeARIKA aims to be a new place in the Kashiwa area, with a cafe, kitchen, studio, hall, gallery, open space and more, where new possibilities can be unlocked through free use. SHARE LOUNGE aims to be a cozy place that people who gather around Kashiwa Station will want to visit every day as a comfortable workspace, a place to relax while shopping or after work, or a cafe/bar to chat with close friends.

Facing large windows and filled with pleasant natural light, the space offers 107 different seating options, including sofa and booth seats where multiple people can enjoy drinks and food, workspace seats that can be used alone for private time such as working, studying or reading, and window seats where you can spend time enjoying the view.

"SHARE LOUNGE Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall" will contribute to the creation of a "bustling circulation hub" in the region, which is Kashiwa Takashimaya Station Mall's goal.
