Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open "SHARE LOUNGE" inside GINZA TSUTAYA BOOKS on Tuesday, September 24th. This space combines the functionality of a shared office with the comfort of a lounge.
Ginza TSUTAYA BOOKS opened in 2017 on the 6th floor of GINZA SIX, the largest commercial facility in the Ginza area, as a bookstore that proposes a "life with art."Since its opening, the store has offered lifestyle suggestions that allow people to incorporate art and Japanese culture into their daily lives through its book selection and special art exhibitions, and has been used by customers from both Japan and overseas.

In today's world, where work styles are becoming more diverse and people are looking for an environment where they can work anytime, anywhere, we are introducing the "SHARE LOUNGE" to propose a new work style to workers, including the creative class who frequent the Ginza area.
The store is surrounded by bookshelves and art that will enrich your work style and inspire your ideas, and is equipped with a full range of amenities, including free drinks and snacks. You can use it freely and in your own way, not only as a workplace, but also as a relaxing cafe/bar where you can refresh yourself between work breaks.

The reservable workspace has a total of 40 seats, including window seats overlooking the streets of Ginza, booth seats for concentrating, semi-private rooms, private rooms, and bench seats suitable for meetings with several people. All seats are equipped with power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Furthermore, you can reserve a private room for one person via the app, ensuring you can hold a web conference or work without worrying about those around you.
In addition, 15 seats are permanently equipped with high-spec monitors, allowing you to connect your PC and work on a large screen.

2) Ample amenities to improve work performance
We offer a variety of rental amenities to improve your work performance, including 4K monitors, trackball mice, and HHKB keyboards, which are renowned for their excellent typing feel.
We also offer bread and cookies from "BASE FOOD," which are packed with 33 nutrients necessary for the body, such as protein and dietary fiber. You can also enjoy as much nuts, snacks, coffee, juice, and other drinks as you like. We also offer alcohol plans so you can relax with a drink in hand.
