- A first for commercial web media! Co-developed with Clipkit® -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") and Vector Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hajimeji Nishie) are pleased to announce that they have decided to collaborate on the joint development of an AI-based article submission system.
Through this collaboration, CCC's lifestyle web media "MADURO ONLINE" (https://maduro-online.jp/) will collaborate with Clipkit® (hereinafter referred to as "Clipkit"), a website construction CMS operated by Vector, to jointly develop the first generative AI automation system for commercial web media.
"MADURO" was first published as a magazine in 2014 and has been available as an online media since 2018. It is a men's lifestyle magazine that provides information specializing in genres that appeal to men's playful side, such as outdoors, cars, fashion, and resorts. Currently, "MADURO ONLINE" is popular among active men, mainly in their 30s and 40s.
On the other hand, Vector develops and sells its own website construction CMS "Clip Kit" under the vision of "spreading good things to the world and making people happy.""Clipkit" is a website construction CMS that combines high freedom in web design (HTML/CSS/JavaScript editing possible) with ease of updating content. It is a CMS developed with Ruby on Rails, originating in Japan, and is used on a variety of websites, including web media, corporate media, and SEO media, and is available in both cloud (SaaS) and server-installed (on-premise) formats.
In the generative AI automation system being undertaken, "MADURO ONLINE" will use generative AI to partially handle the manual submission process, linking with "Clip Kit," thereby shortening the submission process and making it multilingual, thereby meeting the needs of readers around the world with information originating from Japan more than ever before.
The two companies plan to expand this generative AI automation system beyond their own companies.
