-The second branch of the "Olive LOUNGE" project in collaboration with the SMBC Group is a SHARE LOUNGE surrounded by greenery and books-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") has opened "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Shimotakaido" on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Shimotakaido Store," which opened on Monday, October 7, 2024, by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Fukudome Akihiro; hereinafter referred to as "SMBC"), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Nakajima Tatsuru; hereinafter referred to as "SMBC Group").

"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Our first branch, Olive LOUNGE Shibuya, opened in May 2024 and has been well received by a wide range of customers as a new type of banking.

Our second branch, Olive LOUNGE Shimotakaido, combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE to create a comfortable space that is more rooted in the community, where local residents can gather and connect, building value as a bank that is open to the city.

CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

When you pay with Olive at "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Shimotakaido," you will receive V POINT equivalent to 10% of the payment amount.

2) A warm and inviting space where you can spend some relaxing time
　There are a total of 63 seats in various seating options, including window seats where you can enjoy the view of Shimotakaido, semi-private rooms suitable for concentrated work, and a conference room that can be used for meetings with multiple people. Surrounded by art and books, this relaxing space allows you to feel the warmth of wood, and can be used freely and in a way that suits you, not only as a workplace but also as a relaxing cafe/bar where you can refresh yourself between work or shopping.
　In addition, we also offer pricing plans for students, so you can easily use it as a place to study.

Additionally, Olive's original fragrance "Singing Bird" is used on the second floor. The top note is a fresh scent that evokes the "lightness and freedom" of olive, while the base note is a scent that combines the elegance and calm of the "breath of the forest." Even in the city, you can enjoy a moment of peace and relaxation, feeling as if you are surrounded by lush greenery.

3) Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy
 We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
