-The first in Japan to feature BOOK & CAFE, SHARE LOUNGE, and TSUTAYA Conditioning in one store-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will reopen its TSUTAYA Korien store, which opened in 1993, as TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Korien on Monday, November 11, 2024.
"TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Korien" is the first store in the country to combine BOOK & CAFE, SHARE LOUNGE, and TSUTAYA Conditioning.

"TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Korien" is the first store to combine the spatial value provided by CCC with the concept of "a place where you can achieve a fulfilling daily life."The first floor is the BOOK & CAFE, where you can enjoy Starbucks coffee and take your time choosing popular books and magazines. The second floor seamlessly houses the "SHARE LOUNGE," which combines the functionality of an office with the comfort of a lounge, and the new gym "TSUTAYA Conditioning," which is based on the concept of "conditioning the mind and body."

Users of the "SHARE LOUNGE" can freely use some of the "TSUTAYA Conditioning" machines and the "Seise Chair," a massage chair that allows you to experience zero gravity.
In addition, TSUTAYA Conditioning members can freely use the SHARE LOUNGE for up to 60 minutes per day free of charge. This will provide a new space and experience never before seen at TSUTAYA, such as being able to work or study in the "SHARE LOUNGE" and then use the stretching machines to tone your body, or working out on the latest AI machine circuit in "TSUTAYA Conditioning" and then relaxing in the "SHARE LOUNGE."

In addition, as part of this renovation, a new Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation store will be opened on the second floor. As a place where customers can live fulfilling daily lives, we will further improve customer convenience by also providing banking services.

CCC will continue to combine experience and space, pursuing the ideal form of store that provides high customer value in the new era, and proposing places that will become community hubs for local residents.

2) Perfect for work or relaxation. "SHARE LOUNGE" can be used in any way you like
Anyone can use the "SHARE LOUNGE" freely, starting from 1,100 yen for 60 minutes. The cozy space is furnished with carefully selected furniture and offers amenities such as free drinks, free food, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In addition, you can freely browse a wide variety of books to stimulate your creativity in the "SHARE LOUNGE."
  We have a wide variety of seating options, from individual seats where you can concentrate on your work to booth seats where multiple people can enjoy a relaxing time, making this a space that can be used both as a cafe and for business purposes.

3) "TSUTAYA Conditioning" includes a machine circuit equipped with the latest AI and machine Pilates exclusively for women.
The gym area is equipped with a machine circuit equipped with the latest AI, which suggests exercises tailored to each customer by registering their personal information on the training machines. Even beginners can easily exercise without any strain, just like playing a game. By completing one lap of the circuit, you can move your entire body efficiently.

The facility is equipped with bikes, which are machines that allow for aerobic exercise with less strain on the legs and hips, and stretching machines that allow for effective stretching before and after exercise. In addition, the Pilates studio offers beginner-friendly machine Pilates lessons in small groups for women only, led by experienced instructors. Reservations are required for the lesson date and time of your choice. Customers can cancel their reservation up to one hour before the scheduled time through the reservation website, so even if an unexpected appointment comes up, you can cancel without having to pay the fee for the one-time appointment, which is reassuring. You can also choose a plan that suits your individual pace.  

4) Combined plans for "SHARE LOUNGE" and "TSUTAYA Conditioning" are also available. 　
Users of the "SHARE LOUNGE" can use some of the machines and conditioning chairs in "TSUTAYA Conditioning" during the usage hours. In addition, TSUTAYA Conditioning members can freely use the SHARE LOUNGE for up to 60 minutes per day free of charge.

In addition, we also offer a combined plan that allows you to freely use both the "SHARE LOUNGE" and "TSUTAYA Conditioning" without any restrictions (*).

* Machine Pilates lessons are limited to 8 times per month.
