Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura; hereinafter referred to as "CX") and Sustainable Energy Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Shuichi Mifu; hereinafter referred to as "Sustainable Energy") have entered into a business partnership agreement regarding the sale of "Net Electricity," a service provided by Sustainable Energy, to corporations.
 As a result, CX will begin sales intermediation services for corporate customers for "Internet electricity" provided by Sustainable Energy from November 2024.

Culture Experience and SustainableEnergy sign business partnership agreement for sales of

 "Net Power" is a retail electricity business provided by Sustainable Energy. We supply electricity to a wide range of customers nationwide (excluding Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands), from electricity for general households (low voltage electricity) to corporate customers such as buildings and factories (high voltage and extra-high voltage electricity). Additionally, by purchasing non-fossil fuel certificates, we strive to reduce CO2 emissions and greenhouse gases, achieving both environmental friendliness and reduced electricity costs.
In addition, Net Denryoku provides a free system that displays the amount of electricity used and carbon dioxide emissions every 30 minutes on a personal page exclusively for contracted customers. This helps businesses and facilities visualize and optimize their energy usage.

CX now supports Sustainable Energy's efforts to reduce electricity costs and be environmentally conscious through the digital transformation of IT and electricity, and will begin acting as a sales intermediary for "Internet Electricity" as part of its support for efficient store operations, including TSUTAYA franchise stores. By utilizing this service, stores can optimize their electricity usage, reduce electricity costs, and contribute to reducing their environmental impact. This will help achieve sustainable management and ensure efficient, environmentally friendly store operations.

Going forward, CX and Sustainable Energy will leverage the strengths of both companies to expand sales of "Internet electricity" and aim to realize an environmentally friendly and sustainable society.
