Culture Experience Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura; hereinafter referred to as "CX") will openly utilize CX's unique know-how, such as operational, planning, and analytical capabilities, which it has cultivated over the past 40 years while operating approximately 800 "TSUTAYA" stores together with affiliated companies across the country, to launch a "Store Consulting Service" in November 2024 to provide multifaceted support for other store operators.

Through the newly launched "Store Consulting Service," we will support the realization of sustainable growth for stores and businesses by combining various solutions and flexibly working closely with each business owner to address their individual challenges and concerns, thereby contributing to the creation of stores that offer high customer value.
About store consulting services
1) Sales promotion support
As a sales promotion BPO solution, we provide a one-stop service from planning and designing sales promotion materials to manufacturing and delivery. We also offer a wide range of services depending on the purpose, from designing promotional materials and producing videos to providing digital signage distribution services. Furthermore, we can also propose event production that uses stores operated by the CCC Group, such as TSUTAYA BOOKS and TSUTAYA, as promotional locations.
2) Store opening strategy support
We provide support for new store openings, conducting research including market and target analysis, as well as store planning and concept development. Furthermore, when opening a new store, we provide store designs with high spatial value from various perspectives, from interior design to sign planning and interior coordination based on the concept.
Furthermore, we also support the design and creation of operational tools to help run your store efficiently, contributing to efficient store operations.
3) Support for standardizing and streamlining store operations
Utilizing the know-how gained from operating bookstores at TSUTAYA, we will provide a wide range of support, from streamlining, optimizing, and standardizing work in bookstore operations to team building and improving engagement, leading to improved store profitability.
In addition, by centrally managing and providing the supplies and consumables necessary for store operation through our proprietary e-commerce site, "JSS Marketplace," we can also help reduce the workload.
4) Support for strengthening headquarters
We support the operations necessary to strengthen headquarters functions, such as store audits to reduce risks in store operations and recruitment support using TSUTAYA's proprietary job recruitment media, "Job Discovery T-SITE."For businesses with multiple stores, we also train supervisors to provide guidance to stores, and support the comprehensive acquisition of knowledge and skills that will lead to maximizing sales and profits. In addition, we also provide services for hosting and managing internal events that strengthen headquarters functions.
CX changed its name on October 1, 2023, and one year has passed since it began its journey as a joint venture between CCC, which integrated TSUTAYA's franchise and wholesale businesses, and Nippan GHD.
