Peatix Inc. (Headquarters: New York, USA; CEO: Taku Harada; hereinafter referred to as "Peatix"), operator of the event and community platform Peatix, and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. Background of the business partnership

As digitalization accelerates, many companies are seeking new marketing strategies to connect more deeply with customers and create empathy in an environment overflowing with diverse information. In particular, two-way communication with customers, such as community marketing and content marketing, is deepening the bond between companies and customers and opening up new possibilities for achieving sustainable growth.

Peatix holds data on over 5.2 million event participants per year and has extensive experience and knowledge in event and community management. On the other hand, the CCC Group has offline locations across the country, such as TSUTAYA, TSUTAYA BOOKS, and SHARE LOUNGE, and has strengths in database marketing.

In this initiative, both companies will leverage their respective strengths, leveraging their experience in community marketing and knowledge of "experience creation" in the culture and entertainment fields to work toward creating a sustainable community that connects companies and people, and will provide new marketing solutions that combine the "energy" of offline events with the "sustainability" of online communities.

Purpose of the business alliance

Through their business partnership, Peatix and CCC will enable CCC to plan and manage events to increase customer engagement, and Peatix's platform will increase two-way communication between companies and community members, deepening understanding and attachment to services and products. In addition, based on CCC's knowledge of database marketing, we will approach potential customers before they participate in the event and design an overall follow-up plan after they participate, contributing to business growth through the development of the community.
