Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with Benesse Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture; Representative Director, President and CEO: Jin Kobayashi; hereinafter "Benesse Holdings") regarding the transfer of shares in Digital Hollywood Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Tsuyoshi Yoshimura; hereinafter "Digital Hollywood") and has now executed a share transfer agreement.

As the need for digital talent to drive digital transformation grows in Japanese society, Benesse Holdings is focusing on the university and adult education sectors, and we believe that they are the ideal partner to help Digital Hollywood achieve further business growth. As such, we have decided to sell all of CCC's shares in Digital Hollywood to Benesse Holdings.

CCC continues to be a company that creates cultural infrastructure. With this mission in mind, we will combine the intellectual capital we have created to provide new value to society.
