Alice Style Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Rieko Muramoto) and CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi) have entered into a business partnership agreement with the aim of proposing new lifestyles and creating customer value through the expansion of the sharing economy market through the use of data.

Background and purpose of the partnership

In modern society, there is a shift in values from "owning" things to "sharing" things, and the importance of the circular economy is increasing. As the need for environmentally friendly and convenient lifestyles grows, Alice Style provides the value of "using only what you need, when you need it" through its sharing service, promoting the circulation of goods. Meanwhile, CCC MK HOLDINGS leverages its strengths in database marketing based on the common points service "V POINT" to provide marketing support to a variety of companies.
Through this partnership between the two companies, we aim to provide sharing services optimized for each V POINT customer, thereby creating new consumption experiences and revitalizing the sharing economy market.

Details of the partnership

We aim to launch a new sharing service based on Alice Style's flat-rate sharing service "Alice Prime" for V members* by spring 2025. We will promote the convenience and economic benefits of sharing services, while also contributing to waste reduction and aiming to realize a sustainable society. In addition, we will support the marketing efforts of home appliance manufacturers and other companies based on lifestyle data from customers who use the new service. Details of the new service will be announced as they become available.

Alice Style and CCC MK HOLDINGS will provide the most suitable sharing economy services for each customer and promote the realization of a circular society.

*The new service will be available to V members (those with a V member number).
