-Double V POINT Campaign-

Via Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kenichiro Kusumoto; hereinafter referred to as "Via Holdings"), CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD"), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service that allows customers to accumulate and use V POINT at 214 restaurants operated by the Via Group*1 from Thursday, February 20, 2025.

Via Holdings' corporate philosophy is "Creating value that resonates with hearts," and we have been striving to be a good local chain that contributes to the community and promotes a rich lifestyle by providing a warm and relaxing place for casual dining out. The Via Group is involved in a variety of food and beverage businesses, from izakayas to Italian restaurants, including yakitori izakayas Yakitori no Ogiya and Bincho Ogiya, and currently operates 36 brands nationwide.

Through this initiative, customers of 214 stores operated by the Via Group, including Yakitori Ogiya and Bincho Ogiya, can earn 1 V POINT for every 100 yen (tax included) spent by presenting a V POINT accrual card*2 when paying in-store. Furthermore, if you pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card*3, you will also earn V POINT as payment points.

Accumulated points can be used at restaurants such as Yakitori Ogiya and Bincho Ogiya, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, and can also be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide*4.

To celebrate the launch of this service at all 214 stores, we will be holding a campaign where you can earn double V POINT. Between Saturday, March 1st and Monday, March 31st, if you load the relevant V CARD coupon into the V POINT app or other app and present a card that earns V POINT, you will earn double the V POINT as shopping points. During this period, you can double the points as many times as you like, so please take this opportunity to enjoy dining at the Via Group.

Via Holdings, CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the V POINT Service at Via Group stores.

■Earning rate: 1 point will be earned for every 100 yen (tax included).
■Usage rate: 1 point can be used as 1 yen.
