--SHARE LOUNGE opens on Midosuji, where anyone can drop in casually and spend time freely in their own way--
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi ; hereinafter "CCC") has opened "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Semba" on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Semba," which opened on Monday, April 7, 2025, by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Fukudome Akihiro; hereinafter "SMBC").
"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new type of banking, and has since opened branches in Shimotakaido (Tokyo) and Koenji (Tokyo).Olive LOUNGE Semba, the fourth branch, will be the first in the Kansai region.
SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Semba is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Semba, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE, and has approximately 80 seats, including cafe seats and semi-private rooms where you can concentrate on work or study. This space can be used as an office or cafe, allowing people who live, visit, or work in Senba, a historic commercial town that has flourished since the Edo period, to feel free to be themselves and feel comfortable.
CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

2. An inspiring space filled with magazines, books, and art
The space, which incorporates the warmth of wood and the cafe's image color green as accents, has a total of 82 seats in a variety of seating options, including window seats with a panoramic view of Midosuji, semi-private rooms suitable for concentrated work, and box seats that can be used for meetings with multiple people.
The store is filled with approximately 600 magazines and books selected by the concierge of Umeda Tsutaya Bookstore. You can freely read the books in the SHARE LOUNGE, and each time you pick up a book of your choice from a wide range of genres, including business, travel, gourmet food, fashion, literature, art and design, you can get a feel for the essence of not only your work but also your daily life.
The art displayed in the store is centered around the works of Andy Warhol, who has had a major influence on contemporary art. Through artworks that transcend the traditional boundaries of art, visitors to the SHARE LOUNGE will be able to experience new values.
3. Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy
We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.
In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
