- Olive LOUNGE Narimasu opens a SHARE LOUNGE with deep roots in the local community -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has opened "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Narimasu" on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Narimasu," which opened on Monday, April 14, 2025, by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Fukudome Akihiro; hereinafter "SMBC").
"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new style of banking, and has since opened branches in Shimotakaido (Tokyo), Koenji (Tokyo), and Semba (Osaka), with this being its fifth branch.
SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Narimasu is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Narimasu, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE. It has a variety of seating options, including window seats where you can work or read while looking out at the cityscape, and booth seats that can accommodate multiple people, for a total of approximately 70 seats. We also offer a student plan, providing an environment where local students can concentrate on their studies.
CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

2. A space where you can spend a peaceful time as if you were in the shade of a tree
The space, accented with the warmth of wood and earth tones, has seating for approximately 70 people. We offer semi-private booths where you can concentrate on your work without worrying about being seen, as well as box seats that can be used for meetings with multiple people. There are also a variety of seating options to suit your needs, such as relaxing with a cup of tea in the cafe or studying in the spacious window seats overlooking Kawagoe Kaido.
You are free to read the books and magazines in the SHARE LOUNGE. In addition to a large selection of local books on the Itabashi area, the store offers a wide range of books, from books on business and art that will provide a variety of input, to gourmet books, comics, and other books that will be perfect for when you want to take a break.
3. A food lineup unique to Narimasu
Drinks and food are available for free use during the opening hours. At SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Narimasu, we offer bread from Fuji Foods, a beloved brand in the Narimasu neighborhood. We have selected some of Fuji Foods' most popular breads, such as curry bread and cheese balls. We are open from 8am to 10pm, and you can choose a plan that suits your time of day and occasion. We also have a kids plan available, so you can feel free to bring your children along.
4. Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy
We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.
In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
