- "Olive LOUNGE" opens its first store in Kanagawa Prefecture -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has opened "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Tsurumi" on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Tsurumi," which will be opened by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Akihiro Fukudome; hereinafter "SMBC") on Monday, April 28, 2025.

"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new style of banking, and has since opened branches in Shimotakaido (Tokyo), Koenji (Tokyo), Semba (Osaka), and Narimasu (Tokyo).This will be the bank's sixth branch and its first in Kanagawa Prefecture.

SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Tsurumi is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Tsurumi, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE. It has a variety of seating options, including window seats where you can work or read while looking out at the cityscape, and booth seats where you can concentrate on work or study, with approximately 87 seats available.

CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

2. A calming space with a gray and green theme
The space, which combines the warmth of wood with gray and green colors, has seating for approximately 90 people. For business people living in the Tsurumi area, which has good access to Yokohama and central Tokyo, we offer a wide selection of semi-private booths where you can concentrate on your work while maintaining privacy, as well as seats that can be used casually by individuals. You can also relax in the cafe seats or concentrate on studying in the window seats, allowing you to spend your time however you like, depending on the situation.

You are free to pick up any books or magazines in the SHARE LOUNGE. We have a wide range of books for creative workers, start-ups, and anyone with a diverse range of work styles, from books on business, art, and money to gourmet food and local guides that are perfect for a change of pace.

 We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
