Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi), together with Koura Oil Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Koura Yoshio), will open their fourth SHARE LOUNGE in the Setagaya area in a commercial facility scheduled to open in mid-November 2025 as part of the Komazawa Komorebi Project, which is promoting the redevelopment of the area in front of Komazawa-daigaku Station.

The new SHARE LOUNGE will be located on the basement floor of a commercial facility that will be built around the themes of "komorebi" (light filtering through sunlight) and "greenery."Although it is located underground, it is a hideaway-like space where you can feel the nature, and we aim to create a comfortable place that can be used as a workspace, a place to relax while shopping or after work, or a cafe/bar where you can chat with close friends. Through "SHARE LOUNGE," we will contribute to the creation of a place where people can feel connected to the local community, which is the goal of the "Komazawa Komorebi Project."
