- Meguro Ward's first SHARE LOUNGE to open in front of Toritsu-daigaku Station -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has opened Meguro Ward's first "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Toritsu-Daigaku Ekimae" on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Toritsu-Daigaku Ekimae," which opened on Monday, June 9, 2025, by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Fukudome Akihiro; hereinafter "SMBC").
"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new type of banking, and has since opened branches in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kanagawa prefectures, with this being its seventh branch.
SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Toritsu-Daigaku-Ekimae is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Toritsu-Daigaku-Ekimae, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE. It has 77 comfortable seats for a variety of occasions, including work, coffee, and reading. We provide a comfortable space where you can be surrounded by carefully selected books and enjoy content that promotes the appeal of Toudai University.
CCC will continue to work with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

1. Earn 10% V POINT when paying with Olive

2. A relaxing space reminiscent of the calm atmosphere of Tokyo Metropolitan University
The space, based on the warmth of wood and a gray and green theme, offers a total of 77 seats, including semi-private booths where you can concentrate without worrying about the gazes of others, and box seats that can be used by multiple people.
The art in the store is by three artists: Yamamoto Yuffie*, whose work strongly reflects LA street and surf culture; Tsuzuki Mayumi, who depicts the small tensions of everyday life using motifs of people, buildings, landscapes, and other everyday objects; and Nishiyama Hiroki, who has won numerous awards for his illustrations in books, magazines, and advertisements. In addition, approximately 1,000 books selected from a variety of genres, including travel, business, food, art, and comics, are available for free browsing in the SHARE LOUNGE.

3. Content development that allows you to experience the various charms of Tokyo Metropolitan University
As a special event unique to Toritsu University, we will be running a joint project with "Toritsujin," a guidebook that introduces the unique people who work at the shops in Toritsu University Shopping Street. The first installment will introduce the charms of "Chaho Osakaya" in a special bookshelf corner. At the food counter, we will also be offering tea that can actually be purchased at "Chaho Osakaya," so please come and enjoy it. Going forward, in collaboration with Toritsujin, we will continue to aim to create a community hub where local residents can learn more about and connect with the local area through SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Toritsudaigaku Ekimae.
4. Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy
We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.
In October 2022, the CCC Group and the SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering "V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
