CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD") and Livels Inc. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Takeshi Tsuyoshiya; hereinafter referred to as "Livels"), a subsidiary of CCCMKHD that operates an influencer marketing business, have entered into a business partnership agreement with MicroAd Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kentaro Watanabe; hereinafter referred to as "MicroAd") and UNIVERSE PULSE Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "UNIVERSE PULSE"), a subsidiary specializing in comprehensive support for TikTok Shops. This will allow both companies to leverage their resources to begin supporting businesses in entering and promoting TikTok's next-generation e-commerce feature, "TikTok Shop."

"TikTok Shop" is a next-generation e-commerce feature that allows viewers to purchase products on the spot through short videos and live broadcasts on the video distribution platform "TikTok."It is currently being rolled out in approximately 15 countries, mainly in Asia, the US, Europe, and the US, and is scheduled to launch in Japan around summer to autumn 2025.

Through the "TikTok Shop," users can enjoy watching videos that suit their preferences while purchasing products directly from the video content. The greatest feature of this service is that it allows users to approach potential customers whose needs have not yet become apparent by naturally encountering products through the power of content, which differs from traditional search-driven e-commerce.

Now, CCCMKHD and Livels have teamed up with UNIVERSE PULSE to begin supporting companies in entering the market and promoting their products in line with the launch of the "TikTok Shop" in Japan. In order for companies to create opportunities for purchases, it is considered important to provide a wide range of content, including information dissemination through corporate accounts, creator content that captures trends, short dramas, and live broadcasts. This service utilizes a wide range of consumer behavior data provided by over 210 third-party companies accumulated on MicroAd's data platform "UNIVERSE," as well as collaboration with over 1,000 influencers owned by Livels, and through promotional measures and data analysis utilizing the physical stores and V POINT operated by the CCC Group, it will help merchants increase awareness of their products and brands and create buzz on TikTok.

Together with UNIVERSE PULSE, CCCMKHD and Livels will support companies in their early entry into the "TikTok Shop" through various media, taking on the challenge of creating a new purchasing experience that combines social media with physical stores, and will support the innovation of corporate marketing activities.

1) Recruiting and matching support for TikTokers
Livels has the power to disseminate information through a network of over 1,000 influencers, and develops promotions that meet the needs of advertisers. We select TikTokers who match the product's characteristics and target demographic, and match them with the brand. We handle everything from planning the content to shooting and marketing after publication.

2) Communication design linked to physical stores
By collaborating with approximately 800 physical stores, including TSUTAYA and TSUTAYA BOOKS, the company plans to set up pop-up corners, exhibit and sell products, distribute samples, and hold exclusive events related to products and content that have become popular on the TikTok Shop. We provide consistent user opportunities that lead to mutual online and offline customer referrals and even purchases.

3) Promotional activities using V POINT
We plan to utilize V POINT, which are used by 158 million people (number of valid IDs), to carry out promotions that will lead to actual purchases, such as point gifts and campaigns.
