Plus Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tadahisa Imaizumi; hereinafter referred to as "Plus") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") have signed an agreement to join the organization, aiming to create a new SHARE LOUNGE that combines the inspiring spatial value of CCC's SHARE LOUNGE with the comfortable spaces proposed by Plus. As a result, we will open "SHARE LOUNGE Yodoyabashi with PLUS (tentative name)" on the 11th floor of Yodoyabashi Gate Tower, a new landmark in Yodoyabashi, Osaka, which is scheduled to open in July 2026.

"SHARE LOUNGE Yodoyabashi with PLUS (tentative name)" will not only allow visitors to experience the furniture handled by PLUS, but will also provide a comfortable, fun, and smart work space for each individual within a high-quality interior design space, aiming to create further value by being inspired by the value experience.
