Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. On the first floor of the METI Annex, there is an open co-creation space called "Betsuichi" and a cafe called "Kasumigaseki Coffee" that are open to all visitors, and on the seventh floor there is a members-only co-creation space called "Betsunana."Both events will be planned and managed by CCC, and aim to function as a place where diverse public and private sector players can gather, connect, and create together.

Facility Overview

■ 1st floor: "Betsuichi" and "Kasumigaseki Coffee"
This space combines an open cafe and a collaborative space. We will provide an environment where METI staff and a diverse range of people from outside the ministry can feel free to drop in and interact and have dialogue. The cafe will also sell books selected by concierges from TSUTAYA BOOKS, which is run by CCC, and aims to create a comfortable space that will generate new ideas and encounters.

■ 7th floor "Betsunana"
It is a members-only co-creation space that promotes collaboration between the public and private sectors. We will achieve co-creation that contributes to improving the quality of policy through projects, events, workshops, etc. in which METI officials collaborate with private businesses, researchers, and local government officials.

CCC has been creating spaces where people can meet through the operation of TSUTAYA BOOKS and public facilities. In this initiative, we will utilize this knowledge to manage operations that support co-creation between METI and the private sector, and aim to reflect unprecedented perspectives and ideas in policy through open dialogue and collaboration.
