Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura; hereinafter referred to as "CX"), which operates approximately 750 "TSUTAYA" franchise stores nationwide and approximately 30 "TSUTAYA Conditioning" stores nationwide as part of its wellness business, and Fine Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Nobutsuna Sasaki; hereinafter referred to as "Fine"), which has been developing beauty and health products and services for over 50 years, have entered into a partnership agreement aimed at mutual business development in the planning, manufacturing, sales, and distribution of health foods that address the everyday concerns of modern people and support healthy lifestyles. As a result, sales of the original TSUTAYA Conditioning supplement, jointly developed by CX and Fine, began on September 1st at TSUTAYA Conditioning, a gym run by CX nationwide.
CX's theme is "Love is life. With this corporate slogan, we aim to create a place that offers lifestyle suggestions so that local residents can live richer lives through experiences. As part of this experience, we are developing wellness businesses such as "TSUTAYA Conditioning" and "TSUTAYA Conditioning PILATES," which raise interest in health among local residents and provide a space where people can exercise easily and enjoyably. Furthermore, based on the concept of "balancing the mind and body," we would like to continue proposing to many customers ways to build a foundation for extending healthy life expectancy.

"Toning Supplement" is an original supplement from TSUTAYA Conditioning. Based on the concept of "revitalizing your individuality," we will be offering six hard capsule types ("Young," "Exempt," "Beauty," "Catch," "Anti-wrinkle," and "Burn") that address the everyday concerns of modern people, as well as one type of soy protein that combines plant-based soy protein with a variety of ingredients such as L-carnitine, black ginger, and vitamin superfoods.
Sales will begin initially as a monthly subscription service for TSUTAYA Conditioning members, with plans to expand sales outlets and methods in the future. TSUTAYA Conditioning PILATES also plans to develop original lesson programs tailored to each type of supplement.
