- Public-private partnership efforts to achieve social inclusion at the Happiness Village in Kobe City -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshinori Takahashi ; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") has been promoting the "Wanpaku! Project" since 2024 in collaboration with Kobe City, the Kobe Citizens' Welfare Promotion Association, and private companies in order to advance efforts to achieve social inclusion at "Shiawase no Mura" (Shiawase no Mura 1, Kita-ku, Kobe), which is owned by Kobe City. We are pleased to announce that "Music Park" will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 as the second event of the "Wanpaku! Project."
About the "Wanpaku! Project"
Kobe City and private companies have teamed up to launch the "Happy Village" project in 2024, which aims to make it the most naughty ONE PARK in the world. This project is based on the concept of "
"Children, adults and the elderly. Everyone can be naughty here. Wanpaku is a place where everyone can interact. With this motto in mind, we are working towards a sustainable future for the Village of Happiness by considering initiatives and utilization methods to achieve social inclusion through public-private partnerships, as well as initiatives to increase the village's appeal from a long-term perspective.
The first project, the "Mirai Cultural Festival," was held in October 2024, and was attended by many people with the cooperation of a total of 24 companies. We are currently working to improve the environment necessary to further enhance the appeal of "Happy Village," and for our second event, "Music Park," we aim to create a space where everyone can enjoy themselves together, regardless of gender, age, or whether they have a disability.
CCC is participating in this project because it sympathizes with the efforts being made to achieve social inclusion in Kobe City. Through this project, we will continue to work with Kobe City and participating organizations to revitalize and create value for the Village of Happiness.

About the second installment of the "Wanpaku! Project": "Music Park"
This is an event where people of all genders, ages, and disabilities can come together to make music, enjoy music on the grassy square as a stage, feel the nature and rural atmosphere, and have a fun time eating a meal together.

The grassy plaza will be transformed into a stage for everyone!
Enjoy powerful live performances of saxophone, sousaphone, trumpet, and snare drum with professional musicians.
Rather than just listening with their ears, children will feel the sound and rhythm with their whole bodies and also try their hand at musical chairs and other musical games.

Learn how to easily start a fire and grill a delicious steak.

The facility was established by Kobe City in April 1989 as a facility that can be enjoyed by everyone, from children to adults, including people with disabilities, surrounded by vast greenery.
The village (approximately 205 hectares) consists of an urban park and a health and welfare center, and is home to welfare and medical facilities, as well as accommodation facilities, hot springs, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, a training gym, tennis courts, a horse park, a campground, a trim park, a lawn plaza, and a Japanese garden.
