(Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCCMKHD"), which operates the shared points service "V POINT", and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, where users can accumulate and use V POINT on the NFT (※1) marketplace "SBINFT Market" operated by SBINFT. This will be the first time that the V POINT service will be introduced in the NFT space.
*1 Abbreviation for Non-Fungible Token. It refers to a token that can be distinguished from other tokens by recording its unique information on the blockchain.

Through this initiative, customers who use "SBINFT Market" can connect their wallet to "SBINFT Market," go to "Point Linking" on the settings page, and enter the V Membership number of a card (※2) that accumulates V POINT, such as the "Mobile V CARD" that can be used on the app, to complete the V POINT linking procedure.When purchasing NFTs such as game NFTs and art, customers will earn V POINT as shopping points based on the payment method (credit card payment or cryptocurrency payment) and the NFT purchase amount. Furthermore, if you pay with a Sumitomo Mitsui Card (※3), you will also earn V POINT as payment points. Accumulated points can be used at SBINFT Market, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, and can also be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide (*4).

"SBINFT Market" is an approval-based NFT marketplace.
