Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura; hereinafter referred to as "CX"), together with Koura Oil Co., Ltd. (Head office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshio Koura), will open a "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE" on the second and third floors of "OIMACHI TRACKS," a complex scheduled to open in front of Oimachi Station in March 2026.

The book section on the second floor offers a wide selection of business books, allowing you to discover new books. We will also be offering lifestyle goods that will add color to your life.
The "SHARE LOUNGE" on the third floor will feature semi-private rooms and conference rooms where you can concentrate on work, as well as spacious open seating, and will offer a full range of amenities, including free drinks and snacks. It can be used as a workspace where ideas can flourish during "ON" hours when you are working or doing other tasks, and as a cozy cafe space where you can spend time with family and friends or relax by yourself during "OFF" hours. We also plan to hold social events in the store that will provide local residents and visitors to the city with the opportunity to make new discoveries and meet new people.
