CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD") and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Onishi Yukihiko; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service on "TikTok Lite" from Friday, October 17, 2025, that allows users to exchange points earned by watching videos and other activities for V POINT.

"TikTok Lite" is a video viewing app that began service in 2023. It features a points function that users can earn. In "TikTok Lite," you can earn points that can be exchanged for V POINT, electronic money, and various gifts by completing various tasks within the app. Specifically, there are a number of easy tasks available, such as logging in and checking in to the "TikTok Lite" app, watching videos for a certain amount of time, searching for keywords within the app, and watching advertisements.

We are now launching a service that allows you to exchange points earned on "TikTok Lite" for V POINT. This will provide customers who use V POINT with even more opportunities to earn V POINT.

100 TikTok Lite points can be exchanged for 1 V POINT*1. The minimum number of points to be exchanged is 10,000 TikTok Lite points*2, which can be exchanged for 100 V POINT. The exchanged V POINT can be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide*3, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.

*1 The V POINT exchanged are limited-time V POINT with an expiration date.
*2 The minimum exchange points may vary. For the latest information, please check the "TikTok Lite" app.
*3 For face-to-face payments, this applies to stores that accept Visa touch payments.

CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the V POINT exchange service on "TikTok Lite."

・Exchange start date: October 17, 2025 (Friday)
・Exchange rate: 100 TikTok Lite points → 1 V point

　*The V POINT exchanged are limited-time V POINT with an expiration date.
・Replacement procedure:
(1) Tap "Gifts" from the menu bar of the "TikTok Lite" app.
(2) Tap "Exchange" next to the points you have earned and select "V POINT" from the gift certificates.
(3) Select the number of points to be exchanged and enter the required information.
(4) Log in to the V POINT application site using the gift code sent to your registered email address or within the TikTok Lite app.
- Redemption timing: The gift code will be granted immediately after logging in to the application site.
