As a result, starting Monday, October 20, 2025, a service will be launched that allows users to exchange "Tokyo Points" earned through the "Tokyo App" for V POINT.

"Tokyo Points" are points unique to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government that are awarded within the Tokyo app by participating in socially meaningful activities carried out by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and other organizations. Starting Monday, October 20th, customers can exchange their accumulated Tokyo Points for V POINT, which can be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide. In addition, if they charge the exchanged V POINT into the V POINT Pay app, they can be used at approximately 100 million Visa affiliated stores worldwide (※).

*For face-to-face payments, this applies to stores that accept Visa touch payments.

By providing an environment where Tokyo residents can use the "Tokyo Points" they earn by participating in socially meaningful activities as V POINT in their daily lives, we hope to create an even greater social impact.

・Exchange start date: October 20, 2025 (Monday)
・Exchange rate: Tokyo Points (100pt) can be exchanged for 100 V POINT.

・Replacement procedure:
(1) Tap "Point Exchange" on the home screen
(2) Select "V POINT" on the transition screen
(3) On the exchange destination information screen, enter the number of points you want to exchange and tap "Exchange" at the bottom of the screen.
(4) After being redirected to the V POINT site, log in to the V POINT site
(5) After logging in, return to the "Tokyo Points" exchange screen and tap "Agree and Exchange."
・Exchange timing: Points will be exchanged for V POINT immediately after you apply for point exchange.
・How to use exchanged V POINT: Present your Mobile V Card or a card that accumulates V POINT at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide, or charge your V POINT Pay app at approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide and use 1 point = 1 yen.
