-Creating a co-creation mobility hub based on the theme "Movement is Life"-
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi ; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), Phiaro Space Co., Ltd. (Head office: Hidaka City, Saitama Prefecture; President and CEO: Iwasaki Akihiko) and Phiaro Corporation Co., Ltd. (Head office: Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture; President and CEO: Iwasaki Akihiko) (both companies hereinafter referred to as "Phiaro") have signed a memorandum of understanding to revitalize the former Hero Shinoi Circuit (now SHINOI RING) in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, which is being promoted as part of the "PHIARO Mobility Hub" project, into a place where the future of mobility and people's lives intersect.
This project goes beyond the revitalization of the circuit facilities and is an effort to create a new mobility hub that connects people, nature, technology, and culture. CCC and Phiaro have redefined the value of "movement" and "connection" that mobility brings, and have reconstructed this worldview as SHINOI RING, which is based on the theme "Movement is Life."
Main points of the basic agreement
This project aims to create not only technological innovation but also "emotionally moving spaces" that resonate with people's sensibilities and local cultures in preparation for the mobility society of the future, and will provide new value to society based on the following:

Located in Shinoicho, Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, this is a place where an exciting circuit and community space create a rich mobility life. In addition to a 1.3km long on-road circuit, the complex is equipped with an off-road course, a clubhouse with a book store and cafe, and a garage where you can try out simulators. It is a mobility complex where you can have a variety of experiences, mainly with cars and motorcycles.
