- New SHARE LOUNGE to open on the former site of TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Kamiyacho, amid ongoing redevelopment in Kamiyacho -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") and franchisee Sato Shokai Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sato Kiichi; hereinafter referred to as "Sato Shokai") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Kamiyacho Ekimae" on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
SHARE LOUNGE Kamiyacho Ekimae is located just a one-minute walk from Kamiyacho Station, where redevelopment plans are underway, and will open on the site of the TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Kamiyacho, which sadly closed in March 2019. We offer a comfortable space that meets a variety of needs, not only as a comfortable workspace for business people gathering in Kamiyacho, which is developing as an international business hub, but also as a cafe and bar where you can chat with close friends.
"SHARE LOUNGE Kamiyacho Ekimae" is designed as a space that encourages ideas in the business district, and features a book library stocked primarily with business books, as well as an environment surrounded by lush greenery and art. In addition to approximately 60 work seats suitable for private time spent working, studying, reading, etc., we also have sofa seats where multiple people can relax, booth seats that can be used for business meetings, and a conference room that can accommodate up to 8 people.
