CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi), which operates the shared points service "V POINT," Book Ace Co., Ltd. (Head office: Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture; President and CEO: Kosaku Okuno), which operates the Ibaraki Prefecture-based bookstore chain "Book Ace," and the Oarai Town Tourism Association (Representative: Osato Akira) are pleased to announce the launch of the "V Kisekae" regional collaboration project in collaboration with the anime "Girls und Panzer" (hereinafter "Garupan"), which is set in Oarai Town. This project is the first in the "V Kisekae" series to bring together intellectual property (IP), local governments, and businesses in an effort aimed at regional co-creation.
CCC MK HOLDINGS and Book Ace are working on a joint project with Mito Hollyhock, a professional soccer club in the J2 League. Oarai Town, the hometown of Mito Hollyhock, is also known as the setting for Girls und Panzer, and the two have a deep connection, with Girls und Panzer serving as a media partner of Mito Hollyhock. It is against this backdrop that this collaboration has come to fruition.
"V Kisekae" is a service that allows users to freely choose from a wide range of designs for their "MOBILE V CARD" and customize it to suit their preferences, allowing them to enjoy an exciting points experience. This initiative will kick off at the Oarai Autumn Festival, Commerce and Industry Appreciation Festival & Oarai Anglerfish Festival, to be held in Oarai Town, Ibaraki Prefecture on Saturday, November 15th and Sunday, November 16th, 2025. Five limited edition V-Case designs will be distributed free of charge through a "location tour" based at spots in Oarai Town closely associated with Girls und Panzer.
CCC MK HOLDINGS, Book Ace, and Oarai Town hope that this initiative will serve as an opportunity to encourage more visitors to the region and increase the number of people interacting with and related to the area. We will also utilize entertainment to take on the challenge of creating new tourism and fan experiences that are rooted in the local community.

■What is Oarai Town?
Located on the Pacific coast of Ibaraki Prefecture, Oarai Town is a town blessed with the sea and nature at the eastern end of Higashiibaraki County. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean to the east, the Naka River to the north, and Lake Hinuma and the Hinuma River to the west, the area is an environment where water and greenery coexist in harmony. The climate is warm all year round, making it ideal for coastal living. The town is full of tourist attractions, including Oarai Isosaki Shrine, which has an impressive torii gate standing on a reef. Swimming, surfing, and fishing are also popular. The "Commerce and Industry Thanksgiving Festival & Oarai Anglerfish Festival" is held every year in mid-November, and in 2025 it is scheduled to be held on November 15th and 16th. The festival is bustling with a variety of events, including sales of the famous monkfish soup and monkfish hotpot.
Oarai Town, surrounded by rich nature and warm people, is a place where you can experience the blessings of the sea and the charm of the town.
■What is "Girls und Panzer"?
This hugely popular animation series began airing in October 2012 with a 12-episode TV series, followed by a theatrical release of an OVA in July 2014, and a feature film version in November 2015. The unexpectedness of high school girls competing in a match on tanks and the heartwarming drama created a buzz and moved viewers, and the film version was a huge hit, grossing over 2.5 billion yen. The town of Oarai in Ibaraki Prefecture, where the story is set, continues to be a hotbed of excitement, with a constant stream of fans visiting. The latest series, "Final Chapter," is currently underway.

■What is "V Kisekae"?
"V Kisekae" is a service based on the concept of "discovering what you love every time you open the V POINT app." Users can freely choose from a wide selection of "MOBILE V CARD" designs and customize them to suit their own "favorites," allowing them to enjoy an exciting points experience. Each design costs 165 yen (tax included)*, and you can purchase as many designs as you like using your accumulated V POINT or credit card. We plan to gradually expand the means of purchase.
