Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), together with Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura), will open "SHARE LOUNGE Forest Square Sengawa" in January 2026, the first of its kind in Chofu City, at Forest Square Sengawa, a new facility scheduled to open in Sengawa (Chofu City, Tokyo) in December 2025.

Forest Square Sengawa is a new landmark in front of Sengawa Station, with a wide variety of stores lined up in an open, green space. While retaining the distinctive feature of the "SHARE LOUNGE" that allows it to be used freely as both a workspace and a cafe/bar where you can relax with close friends, we aim to create a comfortable space that meets the diverse needs of local residents by harmonizing the refreshing feeling of being surrounded by greenery and sophisticated design in line with the overall concept of the facility.
