-The 10th store of "Olive LOUNGE," a joint project with the SMBC Group-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office:Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Akihiro Fukudome, hereinafter "SMBC"), a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Tatsuya Nakajima, hereinafter the Group is collectively referred to as "SMBC Group"), will open "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Shinjuku-dori" on the B1F and 2F floors of "Olive LOUNGE Shinjuku-dori" on Monday, December 8, 2025.

"SHARE LOUNGE," which CCC is expanding mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, is a space that combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge."In addition to having a bookstore attached, we are expanding our collaborations with various business types, including banks, hotels, offices, and residences.

At Olive LOUNGE Shinjuku-dori, the 10th Olive LOUNGE store, SHARE LOUNGE will be located on the basement floor and second floor. The basement floor, which is directly accessible from the subway station concourse, will have approximately 50 seats, mostly single seats suitable for individual work. The second floor has approximately 100 seats, including ample seating for multiple people, making it the perfect space for relaxing after work or chatting with colleagues.

Located in Shinjuku, Tokyo, where requests for a SHARE LOUNGE were highest, the store will cater to the fast-paced lifestyles of its customers, supporting efficient and flexible working styles, while also contributing to the creation of a store that can be enjoyed freely as a place to relax between shopping trips or after work.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
Since the first branch, Olive LOUNGE Shibuya, opened in May 2024, Olive LOUNGE Shinjuku-dori has been supported by a wide range of people as a new style of banking, and the upcoming Olive LOUNGE Shinjuku-dori will be our 10th branch.
