-SHARE LOUNGE, a place for relaxation and concentration in the heart of the city-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has opened its fifth store in Osaka City, "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Minamimorimachi," on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Minamimorimachi," which Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Akihiro Fukudome; hereinafter "SMBC") opened on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new type of banking, and is currently expanding into Tokyo, Osaka, and Kanagawa prefectures.

SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Minamimorimachi is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Minamimorimachi, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE, and has 93 comfortable seats suitable for a variety of occasions, including work, coffee, and reading. We will provide a place that will become a "symbol of the town" where local residents and visitors can deepen their thoughts and sensibilities.

CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

2. A quiet and creative space where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city
Although it is located in the heart of the city, the space is designed to allow you to forget the hustle and bustle and spend time in peace. The interior is unified in a calm color scheme with warm wood grain and gray as the main colors, making it comfortable even for long stays. Plants and interior lighting are placed throughout the space, and the warmth of nature and the lighting create an environment that is conducive to both relaxation and concentration.
Furthermore, to stimulate the creativity of users, the facility will be exhibiting artwork that combines wall paintings and canvas works by painter and muralist simo (Kyosuke Shimogori). For business people, there are semi-private booths where you can concentrate on your work, as well as open seating that can be used for online meetings, making it an efficient workspace in the city center. The booth seats are suitable for meetings and discussions with multiple people, and can also be used flexibly by teams.
The store also stocks books and magazines selected by the concierge of Umeda TSUTAYA BOOKS, making it an ideal place for reading and self-improvement. 4. Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy
We plan to hold events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and the SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering "V POINT" in April 2024.
CCC has redefined the Olive strategy promoted by the SMBC Group into spatial value, utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group, and is producing the "Olive LOUNGE" as a joint project with the SMBC Group.
