CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Onishi Yukihiko; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, on the smartphone app "MY Himawari" operated by Sompo Himawari Life Insurance Co., Ltd., which will allow policyholders with valid insurance contracts with the company to exchange points earned through healthy behaviors, insurance administrative procedures, etc. for V POINT.

"MY Himawari" is an app that allows you to check the details and process your life insurance at any time, and also supports your health. In addition to being able to check contract details and complete various procedures online, the site also offers a wealth of content to support health promotion. Sompo Himawari Life Insurance policyholders can earn MY Hima Points within the app by registering the results of their annual health checkups, meeting weekly step targets, and taking part in daily health activities (such as simple health checks and health missions).

We are now launching a service that allows you to exchange MY Hima Points for V POINT. This will provide customers who use V POINT with even more opportunities to earn V POINT.

1,000 MY Hima Points can be exchanged for 80 V POINT*1. You can choose from three exchange units: 1,000 MY Hima points, 5,000 points, or 10,000 points*2. The exchanged V POINT can be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide*3, with 1 point = 1 yen.

*1 The V POINT exchanged are limited-time V POINT with an expiration date of 6 months from the date of exchange completion.
*2 The exchange unit may be subject to change. For the latest information, please check the "MY Himawari" app.
*3 For face-to-face payments, this applies to stores that accept Visa touch payments.

CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the V POINT exchange service on "MY Himawari."

・Exchange rate: 1000 MY Hima Points → 80 V POINT

*The V POINT you receive after the exchange are limited-time V POINT that expire six months from the date of exchange.
*There are three exchange units: 1,000 MY Hima Points → 80 V POINT, 5,000 MY Hima Points → 400 V POINT, and 10,000 MY Hima Points → 800 V POINT.
*The exchange unit may be subject to change. For the latest information, please check the "MY Himawari" app.

・Replacement procedure:
(1) Log in to the "MY Himawari" app and tap the "Points" icon in the upper right corner.
(2) Go to the point exchange site and select "V POINT" from the exchange options.
(3) Select the number of points to be exchanged and complete the exchange procedure.
(4) Check the gift code you received from the "Exchange Product List" and log in to the V POINT gift code application site.
(5) Enter the code and select the "Earn points" button
- Redemption timing: After the gift code is issued, it will be granted immediately when you apply for redemption on the gift code application site.

*The deadline for applying for a gift code is 5 months.
