-Hyogo Prefecture's first SHARE LOUNGE opens at Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter "CCC") has opened its first store in Hyogo Prefecture, "SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi," on the second floor of "Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi," which opened on Monday, December 15, 2025, operated by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (President and CEO: Fukudome Akihiro; hereinafter "SMBC").

"Olive LOUNGE" is a joint project between SMBC Group and CCC that redefines the Olive strategy promoted by SMBC Group into spatial value by utilizing the know-how of the CCC Group. Olive LOUNGE, which opened its first branch in Shibuya in May 2024, has been supported by a wide range of people as a new type of banking, and has since opened branches in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kanagawa prefectures, with Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi being the first branch in Hyogo prefecture.

SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi is located on the second floor of Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi, which combines a bank, Starbucks, and SHARE LOUNGE, and has 80 comfortable seats suitable for a variety of occasions, including work, coffee, and reading. We provide a space that fosters comfort and connections, as a third place that is close to the local community and makes everyday time a little more special. In addition, in collaboration with local Amagasaki initiatives, you can also use the local currency "Amasaki Coin" (*1), which is awarded when you participate in events related to the SDGs, such as health promotion, environmental activities, and volunteering.

CCC will continue to work with SMBC to expand the development of "Olive LOUNGE," and will also further develop "SHARE LOUNGE" through collaborations with various business types, including the establishment of bookstores.

Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi is a comfortable "second home" that you can easily drop into between your daily routines. Conveniently located in front of the station, we offer a third place that blends into your everyday life while making your everyday time a little more special. The space is decorated with the warmth of wood and accents of greenery, and features a variety of seating styles, allowing you to spend your time in comfort as you wish. Furthermore, it also supports Amagasaki City's local currency, "Amasaki Coin," making it convenient and easy to use.

SHARE LOUNGE Olive LOUNGE Tsukaguchi, the first of its kind in Hyogo Prefecture, offers a variety of seats for casual solo dining, including semi-private rooms where you can concentrate, aimed at business people in the Hankyu Tsukaguchi area, which has good access to Umeda and Sannomiya. For families with children, there are cafe seats where you can relax with your children, and for groups, there are round box seats that are perfect for conversations and meetings, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay depending on the occasion. The store is stocked with books and magazines selected by the concierge of Umeda Tsutaya Bookstore, and you can freely read a wide range of books, from books related to the Amagasaki area that will help you gain input on business and art, to books that you can enjoy casually, such as gourmet food and comics.

(4) Holding seminars and talk events related to financial literacy

We will be holding events that anyone can participate in from time to time, including seminars on financial literacy in collaboration with the SMBC Group and talk events featuring book authors.

In October 2022, the CCC Group and SMBC Group entered into a capital and business alliance with the aim of creating one of Japan's largest payment and points economies, and began offering the "Blue and Yellow V Points" in April 2024.
