- SHARE LOUNGE, the first store in the Ikebukuro area, in collaboration with a community restaurant -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takahashi Yoshinori; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Ikebukuro IT tower TOKYO," the first of its kind in the Ikebukuro area, at "IT tower TOKYO," which is scheduled to open on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in the Ikebukuro West Exit area.

"IT tower TOKYO" is a high-rise office complex that will become a new landmark in the Ikebukuro West Exit area, developed by IT tower TOKYO LLC (headquarters: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; representative partner: ITT Holdings Co., Ltd.; business executive: Ryosuke Arai). Ikebukuro is growing as a new cluster of IT-related companies, and we aim to become a new mecca for these companies, further enhancing the appeal of Ikebukuro as a city with a diverse culture, and becoming a vibrant value creation hub that brings together companies and people who will create new value for the future.

The SHARE LOUNGE on the 5th floor can be used freely as a workspace, as well as a cafe and bar where you can relax with close friends. This will be the first time that SHARE LOUNGE has collaborated with a community restaurant. During weekday lunchtimes, the SHARE LOUNGE space will be open to the general public as well as employees of companies located in IT Tower TOKYO, who will use it as a community cafeteria for the building.

*The community cafeteria is scheduled to open around December 2026
