- SHARE LOUNGE and Starbucks combine to offer a new spatial experience in Jiyugaoka -
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") and Culture Experience Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shinichiro Kamaura) will open "SHARE LOUNGE Jiyugaoka" (tentative name) in a new landmark commercial facility in front of Jiyugaoka Station, scheduled to open in the fall of 2026. This will be a new "LOUNGE & CAFE" format that combines CCC's SHARE LOUNGE with Starbucks.
This commercial facility is part of the Jiyugaoka 1-chome 29th District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, a complex undertaken by the Jiyugaoka 1-chome 29th District Urban Redevelopment Association and its participating member, Hulic Co., Ltd. Located in front of Jiyugaoka Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyu Oimachi Line, this urban redevelopment project is a complex of residential, office, and commercial facilities. It will have 15 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground, and the commercial facility, scheduled to open in the fall of 2026, will have 5 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground, with a variety of stores where you can discover food, trends, fashion, and the joys of life, based on the sophisticated, high-sensitivity concept of "FINE QUALITY LIFE."
"SHARE LOUNGE Jiyugaoka (tentative name)", located on the 4th floor, will offer the comfort of a SHARE LOUNGE lounge, the suggestions of books that stimulate intellectual curiosity, the spatial value of an office, and the ultimate coffee experience through a cup of Starbucks coffee. These two spaces and experiences are seamlessly connected and integrated to create a "LOUNGE & CAFE" style store that caters to customers' lifestyles and diverse occasions. This is a space where you can freely choose your space and experience depending on your purpose and mood for the day, such as reading, working, or chatting over coffee.
