CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative Director, President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCCMKHD") and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Onishi Yukihiko; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will launch a service on Monday, February 9, 2026, in which coins accumulated through transactions with Higo Bank (hereinafter referred to as "Higin Coins") can be exchanged for V POINT in the "Higin Point Service" provided by Higo Bank Ltd. (Head office: Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture; Representative Director, President and CEO: Kasahara Yoshihisa; hereinafter referred to as "Higin Bank").

The "Higin Point Service" is a service that allows you to easily apply automatically by simply setting a one-time password on the "Higo Bank App," and accumulates Higin coins based on your transaction status. The "Higo Bank App" is an official app that allows you to conveniently use your Higo Bank account on your smartphone. You can easily perform everyday banking transactions, such as checking your balance and deposit/withdrawal details, and making transfers and remittances, on the app.

We are now launching a service through the "Higin Point Service" that allows you to exchange Higin Coins for V POINT. This will provide customers who use V POINT with even more opportunities to earn V POINT.

Higin Coins can be exchanged in increments of 100 coins, starting from 100 coins. 100 coins can be exchanged for 90 V POINT, which can then be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa member stores worldwide*1, with 1 point being worth 1 yen.

*1 For face-to-face payments, this applies to stores that accept Visa touch payments.

CCCMKHD and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will continue to provide services that will please many customers through the V POINT exchange service on the Higin Point Service.

＜Overview of V POINT Exchange Service on "Higashi Point Service"＞
・Exchange start date: February 9, 2026 (Monday)
・Exchange rate: 100 Higin coins → 90 V POINT
　*Exchange units are 100 coins or more, in increments of 100 coins.
・Replacement procedure:
(1) Select "Higashigin Point Service" from the app menu screen
(2) Select "V POINT" on the coin usage screen
(3) Enter the number of coins you wish to exchange (in units of 100 coins).
(4) V Membership Authentication  
・Exchange timing: Points will generally be awarded 2-3 days after the exchange procedure.
