-Second hotel-integrated SHARE LOUNGE in collaboration with Tokyu Resorts & Stay Co., Ltd.-

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter “CCC”) and Tokyu Resorts & Stay Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinya Tange; hereinafter “Tokyu Resorts & Stay”) will open the “SHARE LOUNGE Tokyu Stay Mercure Hiroshima” within the “Tokyu Stay Mercure Hiroshima,” which Tokyu Resorts & Stay is set to newly open on May 18, 2026.

This will be the second hotel-integrated SHARE LOUNGE at Tokyu Stay, following the SHARE LOUNGE Tokyu Stay Osaka Honmachi, which opened in April 2024.

The newly opened Tokyu Stay Mercure Hiroshima is a dual-brand hotel of Tokyu Stay and Mercure, the hotel brand of Accor (headquarters: France; Japan: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Japan Representative Director: Dean Daniels), one of the world's largest hospitality groups based in Paris, France, and will be the first of its kind in Hiroshima Prefecture. Located just a two-minute walk from Hatchobori Station on the main street in the center of Hiroshima City, the hotel is conveniently located at a key junction of Hiroshima's transportation network, including trams, buses, and the Astram Line, making it an ideal base for sightseeing and business.

The "SHARE LOUNGE," located in an open location directly connected to the hotel lobby, has a three-story structure and retains the functionality of an office and the comfort of a cafe and bar, while also inheriting the hotel's spatial design concept of "the beauty of water and light," resulting in a sophisticated spatial design. In addition to offering plans for hotel guests and plans to use the space as a breakfast venue, it will also be available for drop-ins of as little as 60 minutes to nearby business workers, tourists visiting Hiroshima City, and shoppers.

Through the SHARE LOUNGE, we will contribute to Tokyu Stay's goal of serving as a bridge between Japan and the world.
