This will be the first store in the Ikebukuro area and will boast a total of 180 seats. Based on the SHARE LOUNGE franchise agreement, the store will be created through a collaboration between the two companies, and will aim to create a space that is open to both the local community and tenant companies, with the aim of creating a new value-creation model in the common areas of office buildings.
Furthermore, both companies have come to a common understanding that it is important for the facility to be a place that can be used daily by people who work at "IT tower TOKYO," that has openness that allows people living nearby to drop in naturally, and that it is convenient for people to eat and work together. Based on this idea, the project will center on the "Workplace Cafeteria" (operated by Compass Group Japan Co., Ltd.), and will include the "SHARE LOUNGE" developed by CCC, which is scheduled to open in December 2026 as a "co-creation workplace."
Features of "SHARE LOUNGE Ikebukuro IT tower TOKYO"
In the west exit area of Ikebukuro Station, where diverse cultures and talents intersect and redevelopment is underway, "IT tower TOKYO" will be born as a base aiming to attract IT-related companies. One of the attractions of this facility is its unique environment in this area, which is home to many cultural hubs, including the adjacent Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre.
The store has a total of 180 seats equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets, and features clear zoning between concentration areas and communication areas, creating an environment that enhances work productivity and creativity.
Furthermore, we offer high-quality free drinks and snacks, a book library and gadget rentals, and exhibit artwork by up-and-coming artists and photos of Ikebukuro landmarks taken by photographers. By creating a space where you can work while feeling the breath and culture of the city, we provide a place where you can work in a relaxed atmosphere while experiencing the dynamism of the city of Ikebukuro.
Semi-private seating for maximum concentration on work
The SHARE LOUNGE is especially popular for its semi-private seating, with 10 seats equipped with monitors and designed to provide just the right amount of privacy, creating an ideal environment for tasks requiring high levels of concentration, such as online meetings and document preparation.

The two rooms can be connected and can accommodate up to 14 people. It can be used for a variety of purposes, including regular meetings, presentations, workshops, and networking events with light refreshments. Although it is located inside an office building, we aimed to create a flexible and "usable" space.

Zoning to separate work and socializing
The space is large and is divided into a "concentration area where you can quietly immerse yourself in work" and a "communication area where conversations and chance encounters can take place."The space is designed to change appearance depending on the time of day, naturally transitioning from a workplace cafeteria at lunchtime to a lounge in the evening.

Terraces as "urban spaces"
The outdoor terrace is open to both office workers and SHARE LOUNGE users, and the space allows people to relax while enjoying the greenery, clearing their minds and sparking new ideas. Along with the view of the Ikebukuro West Exit area, where redevelopment is underway, we have created a space where you can take a breather in the city.

A lounge where art comes to life
The space displays works by contemporary artist Hinako Suda and photographer Masahiro Yamamoto. The works, expressed from various perspectives such as the night view of Ikebukuro West Exit and Ikebukuro West Exit Park, commonly known as Ikebukuro West Gate Park, will add a little excitement to your everyday work scene.

Integration with the "Workplace Cafeteria" scheduled to begin at the end of 2026
Starting around December 2026, the facility is scheduled to open as a workplace cafeteria for employees of tenant companies on weekdays from 11:00 to 14:00 (planned).
The 180 seats will be flexibly utilized, adopting a hybrid model that operates as a workplace cafeteria during lunchtime and as a SHARE LOUNGE at other times.
By flexibly utilizing the same space, we have achieved a new office sharing model in which eating and work naturally coexist, and as an "open employee cafeteria" that is also open to the public, we are creating opportunities for people inside and outside the building to interact.
